Coffret de Crackling de Porc au Poivre Noir et Sel de Mer

I’ve been munching through the case for a week now, and the salt hits upfront while the pepper stays mellow underneath — perfect for when I don’t want a spicy kick. Each bag’s still crunchy to the last piece, which is rare for pork crackling. Definitely ordering another case once this one’s gone.

The pepper note creeps in gently after that first salty crunch, so you don’t get punched in the face with heat. I’ve already gone through half the case in two days just because the texture stays crispy even after the bag’s been open a while.

The black pepper flavor is subtle but builds nicely—it doesn’t overpower the salt, so each piece tastes clean and savory. I’ve already gone through half the case in two days, and the crunch holds up even after the bag’s been open a while.
