Black Pepper & Sea Salt Pork Crackling

Usually I tear through a bag of crackling in one sitting, but this black pepper blend actually made me slow down and savor it. The seasoning is balanced enough that I can taste the pork itself, which is exactly what I want from a snack. My only regret is that the bag is already empty.
