South Devon Chilli Farm Extreme Chill Sauce is made with fresh and dried Bhut Jolokia chillies, delivering both an immediate hit and a long, lingering heat.

This intensely hot yet fruity sauce is made using Bhut Jolokia (also known as Ghost or Naga) chillies, which have been recorded at over 1 million Scoville Heat Units. There’s no chilli extract here, just Bhut Jolokia chillies, red peppers, spirit vinegar and a touch of salt.

The result is a well-balanced sauce with real depth of flavour and a serious, lasting heat.

A few drops go a long way, and one bottle lasts a long time. Add a couple of drops to a chilli or curry for a great shot of heat; if you like things even hotter, add a few drops to any plate of food at the table!
