I opened the case expecting just another pork crackling, but that first bite of maple hit me sideways—the sweetness comes through clean and then the salty crunch takes over. It’s genuinely different from every other crackling I’ve tried.
The sweet-salty balance is spot on—I wasn’t sure how maple would work with pork crackling, but it’s genuinely addictive. The crunch holds up well even a few days after opening, which surprised me.
The maple flavor sneaks up on you—subtle at first, then that sweet/salty combo really lands. I grabbed a case for weekend snacking and it's already half gone, which says everything. Crisp without being greasy, and the sweetness actually works with the pork instead of fighting it.
